UTel, represented by Chief Operations Officer Maggie Mukiibi Lutwama, has participated in the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance’s presentation of the 2021–2026 Performance Report at Serena Hotel Kampala.
The event brought together agencies under the Ministry to showcase key milestones, innovations, and achievements that have advanced Uganda’s digital transformation agenda.
