Bi-lateral – Means that UTel’s subscribers are able to roam on that operator’s network when visiting that country and that operator’s subscribers are able to roam on UTel’s network while in Uganda.
Uni-lateral (Inbound) – Means that, that operator’s subscribers are able to roam on UTel’s network while in Uganda but UTel’s subscribers are not able to roam on that operator’s network while visiting that country, FOR NOW.
Uni-lateral (outbound) – Means UTel’s subscribers are able to roam on that operator’s network while in that country but that operator’s subscribers are not able to roam on the UTCL’s network while visiting Uganda, FOR NOW.
